It is very vital for all of us to look at the way we eat, eating too much of the wrong food, drinking too much alcohol, smoking, not getting enough exercise and been stressed out can affect the body generally so loving yourself is eating the right food at the right time and having the proper portion, eating well is not only about what you eat, but how and when you eat too, although it’s not always easy eating regular meal in our today busy world. Sometimes we have this feeling that when we grab a bite to eat on the run, means that we are eating less. However you might think you are eating less but it means going for fast foods or snacks, which are often higher in fat and calories. Loving yourself is getting into the habit of making healthy choices; these are helpful tips.
