Food for conception


Men nutritional needs are not the same as women; just like women need certain food in their diet during different stages of life in order to prevent diseases. Men also need certain nutrient that must be present in their diet to boost their health both physical and emotional. Because some men find it difficult to introduce or try new diet, some rather stick to the food they know (favourite meal) which in most cases are not the best choice for good health. Instead, a healthy diet with all the necessary nutrient and regular activity will help prevent certain diseases like heart disease, cancer which is a common killer for men above 35. Therefore, men should note as they get older certain food must be reduced while some must be added because eating the right food will not only help in the good circulation of blood in their body but also increase performance from board room to bed room. Moreover, to achieve this, men are encourage to include the following foods to their diet; food that are high in omega-3 fatty acid such as salmon fish, mackerel, sardine and oysters. These should be consume in large quantity because they contain plenty of selenium, zinc, and magnesium. The benefit of these nutrient help in the natural aspect of sex drive and the good circulation of blood which enhance the Neurological function. Vegetables and fruits are not left out; they are rich in anti-oxidant with multiple benefits for example. The decrease the risk of heart disease, protect against some types of cancer, lower blood pressure, help digestion, vegetables and fruits also add variety to diet especially for those men who complain of eating the same meal all the time. Bananas for example have B vitamin which convert carbohydrate into energy and may help the body produce sex hormones. When consume a few hour bed time actually keeps your energy up. It is good for men and women. Broccoli; help in the prevention of heart diseases and cancer. Highly rich in vitamin, beta-carotene, potassium and a phytochemical called sulphoraphane which has strong anti-cancer like prostrate and colon properties. Carrots are also good for men because it contains vitamin E, which helps erection. Guava apart from been high in fibre , it also good for sexuality. Nut, seeds, beans; these are plants food that contains sources of protein, fibre, vitamins, and minerals. These nuts also contain healthy fat for example peanuts, cashews, walnuts to mention a few. Flax seeds; consuming one table spoon of flax seed every day helps to increase testosterone in the body. Flax seed are also packed with essential fatty acid – omega-3, omega-6, and so on.  Lack of enough fatty acids forces the body’s hormone level to drop, along with your desire. In case you cannot eat flax seed which is not every body’s fancy you can swap for walnuts. Others are whole grain; good for healthy heart, building muscles and rich in fibre.  Fresh ginger root stimulates men’s circulatory system which increases their blood flow to the genital areas.
