How difficult it is for me to sick to my New Year resolution especially when it comes to healthy living. I start off well with all the zeal to keep to the new life style, half way through the journey tiredness and excuses set in. I find myself back to square one. My issue is that I eat more without tasting the food once I’m troubled over something. Comfort eating is called and with such you put on weight without you knowing it, which is not good for your health. Food is meant to be enjoyed, to nourish us and keep us going if we eat the right food with the right portion at the right time.
